November 2006

Hi! It has been quite sometime since I last blog. I have been too busy drinking good wine and having too little time to write.

Anyway, November is the best part of the year for wine lovers simply because there are so many occasions for people drink and launch wines. The wine for asia from 2-4 November 2006 is one of such events in which I had a great time with my friends.

Just pay $15 and you can access to 8000 wines from all over the world. I saw NZ and Italian wines dominating this year's expo. There are so many family-owned wineries in the expo and each trying to get into the Asian. Man! it was so exciting. I am most impressed with the NZ wine makers. Not only have they brought their world-famous Sauvignon Blanc, they also made great Chardonay and Pinot Noir. Yes! Pinot. I think other than Burgundy, NZ is the next best place to grow this difficult grapes.

If you missed this year's wine for asia, remember, there will be another one next year. Ok and out.
